By purchasing a product or service from Teelsiey Jewelry, you agree that you are of the age of majority. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, Teelsiey Jewelry does not knowingly collect any personal data from users under the age of majority.
By using Teelsiey Jewelry’s website, you agree not to use the website in any way that compromises the security of the website or its users. You agree not to use the website, products, or services in any way that is unlawful. You agree not to redistribute or reproduce any intellectual property of Teelsiey Jewelry for financial gain or fraudulent purposes.
By making a purchase of a product or service from Teelsiey Jewelry, you agree to pay for the product or service in full at the time of ordering. Upon recieving payment for the product or service, you will recieve an automated confirmation e-mail confirming your order. This e-mail does not confirm shipment of your order. This e-mail does not approve your purchase of the product or service entirely, and Teelsiey Jewelry holds the right to deny the purchase at this time for any reason. If Teelsiey Jewelry denys your purchase, you will recieve your payment back in full, and you will recieve no products or services. Upon shipment of your product or service, you will recieve another e-mail confirming the shipment has been made. It is at this time that your purchase has been fully approved.
Teelsiey Jewelry holds the right to deny any request for products, services, or communication for any reason.
Teelsiey Jewelry accepts refunds on a case by case basis. Please email contact@teelsieyjewelry.com for refund requests.
Products
As all products from Teelsiey Jewelry are handmade, there is a chance that products may vary from piece to piece, or may posess small imperfections. Teelsiey Jewelry will note any imperfections or changes between pieces within reason in the product description or photos of the product, but human error may still occur where an imperfection is not noticed. By purchasing a product, you confirm you have reviwed the description of the product in full and are aware of any possible imperfections noted.
Handmade jewelry is often fragile and must be taken care of according to its specific care instructions. Please take the time to review the care instructions of a product in its entirety before making the decision to purchase it. By purchasing a product, you agree that Teelsiey Jewelry will not be held accountable for any damage that occurs to a product after it is in your possession.
All product photos and descriptions represent the product to the best of our ability in regards to color, texture, materials, and size. Human error may still occur where a product is not accurately portrayed or described. Color may vary depending on your device’s screen settings.
“One of a kind” (OOAK) describes a product that is initially only made with a quantity of one (1) due to reasons such as, but not limited to, limited resources and materials. Teelsiey Jewelry holds the right to reproduce more of that product, meaning the original product is no longer a “one of a kind”, and will be marketed and described there after as “small batch”.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that you purchase a product or service at the time of the price for that product or service changing, the price that was offered at the time of purchase will be honored. In the event that the price has increased after the time of your purchase, you will not be charged the difference in price. In the event that the price has decreased after the time of your purchase, you will not be refunded the difference.
Teelsiey Jewelry holds the right to remove products or services from the website for any reason, without prior notice.
